Exercises not showing the correct data

Hi all, hoping the FitBit community can help me out with an issue on my Inspire HR.

I got my Inspire three months ago for Xmas, has worked like a charm ever since. But at the start of this week I noticed that some of my workouts weren't syncing properly.

I spin and box almost every day, and normally have to manually put the full workout time in on my phone app. No biggie. But on Tuesday I manually entered my spin class (time, calorie burn and distance from my bike) and my heart rate and calories burned showed up as "null" and "not reported". But it had automatically logged an "Aerobic Workout" for half the time I was in class (showing both my heart rate and calories), and my heart rate and caloric count on the main page of the app were working just fine. I was more intrigued than annoyed, but when it happened again this morning I knew something was up. I restarted the app, shut off/turned on Bluetooth, restarted my phone, you name it, I tried it.

Its never done this before, and while its honestly not the end of the world, I figured someone might know a thing or two about how to fix it.

Many thanks friends!
