I have had three Fitbit inspire HR’s in 4 months. I am so disappointed in the service and product as I called customer service and they will do nothing in regards to this. I can’t be believe this! I have 2 watches just stop working. It’s crazy! I called customer service to ask if there was a recall on these devices and she said that I should have called to trouble shoot problems. I have 3 kids under three.....i don’t have time the time to call and trouble shoot. Especially when I purchased through the store indigo and they said any problems to return to store. Products are not expensive and
Shouldn’t have to be replaced in a months time. I researched all activity trackers before purchasing and Fitbit seemed to be a amazing product.....but after owning three watches and not statisfied with product or service.:(

Sorry for the issues you're having with your Fitbit Inspire HR. Fitbit is always trying to provide great products and customer experience. I know that you may be questioning about the quality of Fitbit but, I assure you that we test our Fitbit before releasing them to the market and we expect the highest quality in our products and services.
