I have sent several emails to get help as everything I have tried from the help community has not worked. Yesterday my Fitbit stopped counting the 250 steps per hour. I cannot fix it. The + sign has disappeared from the side of the the 250 steps.

 

Also, when I wake up I get a report of my sleep hours and movements. Today it was 7 hrs and 9 minutes. But an hour later it was 8 hours and no movement at all. 

 

I am beyond frustrated at this point. I need an email response from you ASAP

Hi @Elenalatici You will not get an email response from posting in the community forums. You need to contact Support (which I understand you have done) and wait for a response. Response time to emails is longer than other methods I believe, so maybe try a different method to contact them.
