Just leaving feedback here because I can’t find anywhere else to do so…this thing sucks. It worked great at first but I’ve only had it since December 2020 and it’s already broken - the side buttons are unresponsive. Since it’s no longer under warranty, the best customer service offered was 35% off of my next purchase. Fine, but not gonna use that. To my knowledge I didn’t use this device improperly so it just sucks that it’s stopped working after such a short time. What a waste.
