I have an update for my inspire but when I try to update it says unexpected error device is already updated.

I have tried updating firmware multiple times without success. I have already tried the trouble shooting tips such as restarting the Fitbit, as well as restarting my phone--nothing works:(

I received an update and was finally able to install it. After that I checked for updates again and it still said the same thing unexpected error already up to date.
