I updated the firmware a few days ago. Now the sleep isn’t tracking nor am I getting any active minutes. What’s the deal? I restarted and it didn’t help. Will be giving away the Fitbit forever if these can’t be fixed.

Its pretty bad isn't it. I did the clear all the data under settings on the wrist band and that has solved the problem. Interestingly I didn't actually lose all the data so that was good,
