Hello. I'm trying to troubleshoot my Fitbit Inspire HR (at least that's what I think I need to do. I'm still new at the Inspire). But it's stuck on some stats with pace and a timer and says to 'press button to finish exercise.' I never chose this option and I'm frustrated on how to get back to my regular screen. I can't even see the clock face with the time and date. Please help.

Hi @myerock81 What happens when you press the button?

Try restarting the tracker a few times if just pressing the button doesnt exit the screen it is stuck on. Please come back if that doesnt unstick it.
