Hi all,

I have a fitbit inspire HR since last august. I have just bought one for my son. Can I set it up on the app I have for my own??

Thanks

2 cases:

1.  If your son is younger than 13 (or Fitbit thinks he is),  he can be set up only in a family account with an Ace or Ace 2.

2.  If he is old enough, each user need their own fitbit account/email.  If you have only one sync device, you have to log out of your account on the app, and create a new account for him.  Then you will have to keep logging out of one account and into the other.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for your reply. Much appreciated.
My son is younger than 13 but the fit bit ace is not what he wanted. He
wanted the same as me.
So even if I have given him the fitbit and I am the one trying to set up
account for him. Fitbit can decided if my son can use it or not?? Which i
knew all this before I bought it.
