Fitbit Inspire 2 HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire 2 Hr incorrectly monitors my sleeping. If I get up during the night it stops any more monitoring when I return to bed so it looks like I only sleep a few hours per night. For example I go to bed at 10 pm, get up at 2 am, return to bed at 3 am and sleep till 6 am. The tracker records 4 hours sleep instead of 7 hours. Any suggestions as to how to fix this issue?  Thanks

Hi there, @Ann818! Welcome back to the community forums!

Thank you so much for explaining the situation. I'd like to recommend some tips to help improve your sleep measurement.

When your body is completely at rest and you haven't moved for about an hour, your device records that you're asleep. If you wake up for an hour, I would recommend that you avoid syncing your Fitbit device during this time since your device may consider you to be completely awake.
