I bought a Inspire HR in June 2019 and within 6 months it stopped syncing. So i submitted it for a warranty claim. In June of 2020 Fitbit replaced a brand new Inspire HR under warranty claim. Things worked fine again but in December 2020 it acted up again. This time the button stopped responding.
I took it back to the dealer who said sorry nothing they can do.
Was asked to throw it away and buy a new one because apparently the warranty runs from the date when i bought the first Inspire HR and not from the date they provide me the replacement. So i am out of warranty. I havent dropped it nor handled it in any form of improper use. The replacement is less than 6 Months old and i have to throw it away cos FITBIT doesnt repair and i am out of warranty.
Did all the usual steps to restart etc but the BUTTON isnt responding.
Bought a Honor 5 while waiting for my Fitbit to be returned when i submitted it earlier and that cheap little tracker runs like clock work !
Any help or suggestions please? Thank you.

Hi @Redzzz2, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the button issue that your Inspire HR experienced and the warranty inquiry, I'm afraid that the warranty period is good for 365, starting from the date of the first setup of the original unit. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.

On the subject of warranty, how do I get warranty for my fitbit inspire hr that I bought in Feb 2020 from Amazon.ca? When I try to use the warranty information on the Fitbit website, I get caught in a circle. Press here, then press here, which takes me back to the previous page?
