Fitbit Inspire HR Error Code 001

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire HR started vibrating randomly today and then died. I plugged it in to charge for several hours, to no avail. I tried restarting it several times, with no luck, but finally ended up with a screen that has the 001 code and QLZEIPT2 above it.  The Inspire unit will now not shut off.  Unit is 2.5 months old.

Cheers,

Marc

Welcome to the Forums @Marc_AK_Fit. Thanks for bringing this up @NellyG.

Thanks for sharing the situation that you have experienced, the steps that you tried and the error code that you got @Marc_AK_Fit. Thanks for being around to help @NellyG.

@Marc_AK_Fit The first thing I'd like to ask you is to confirm if you have tried to restart your Inspire HR? If you have not, please do try to restart it and run the set up as if it was a replacement device.

Please keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any other questions on the matter.
