Fitbit Inspire HR Not working

The Fitbit is working, but the side button will turn the screen on, but not off. Then the touchscreen doesn't respond to anything I do, any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Personified  Try restarting the Inspire several times. If this doesnt correct your issues, please come back here.
