While I was out dancing, I checked my Fitbit and was at 11500 steps. When I synced it about 30 minutes later, it was only syncing about 6500 steps. I assumed something was wrong with the sync but found that my Fitbit deleted thousands of my steps. I checked the forums and couldn’t find this happening to anyone else. Why would my Inspire initially display  over 11K steps and then decrease to 6K?

Did you log any activity manually?

Do you have MobileTrack activated in the Fitbit app?

Have you restarted your Inspire HR?

I hadn’t because I didn’t have my chapter. However over the last day it hasn’t been calculating my steps either and I just charged it!
