My fitbit does not respond. It cannot scroll and when I long-press the button, it vibrates but the screen stays on the time. I have charged it but it still stays the same. The time is right though. My syncing device is a android.

Best AnswerThis happened to mine a few weeks ago. Try going into the app and changing the clock face. That should refresh the entire device and it should work again like normal after. You can go back to your old watch face afterwards.
