I went for a dip in the ocean and when I came home it was unresponsive.
I let it dry then charged it and the usual smiley appeared. I wore it after a full charge but it became unresponsive within half a day when it wasn't exposed to salt water anymore.
Since then I have been trying to charge it repeatedly but the device is completely unresponsive. It does not charge, the smiley face does not appear and the screen remains black. This is my last attempt before considering it broken.
Also, I want to contact customer support, as a non-Twitter user. I would appreciate an alternative way to reach them.

My issue is that I am in Germany so the phone won't work but I am giving the chat a go 🙂
