I’ve had my Fitbit for about 2 years now and about a week and a half ago it started acting up. At first the screen would be unresponsive meaning whenever I touched it to slide between settings, it wouldn’t do anything. A few days ago it worked for a little bit then lines appeared at the top of the screen and it stopped responding again. Now, it is showing a completely black screen. Whenever I try resetting it, the smiley face shows up real quick then goes away. It doesn’t show it’s charging or if it’s on. Is there a way to fix this

My kids one is doing the same did you get it fixed? I started chatting to someone on the live chat but my 10 year old kid knows more than them? No help at all
