My Fitbit Inspire will not charge, showing flat battery, is showing a black face only now, ? Battery expired. I understand, after much searching that a new battery can be put in but requires soldering - this topic does not seem to be covered anywhere. Who will replace the battery, how much does this cost, apparently having it replaced rules out any guarantee as the seal is broken - please inform how and where this can take place? I’m wonder why this topic is not covered?

Hi @Wallett there are no repairs from Fitbit on any of their devices. You can always pay a third party repair place to do it, but often the repair exceeds the price of a new device. The topic is discussed on occasion in posts, but since there are no repairs and any you'd do would invalidate the warranty, there isn't much to be said. Are you still under warranty? The Inspire has been discontinued.
