I just bought my mom a new Fitbit Inspire for Mothers' Day, and it won't vibrate when she gets notifications. The "Always Vibrate" is turned on, and it still does not work. Help please!

Hi @Curry4 I dont have all the information I need to point you in the right direction.
Are the messages coming through to the inspire? ie do you get the message, but no vibration? Or is there no message as well as no vibration?
Do a long press of the button and check that Notifications are set to ON in the Quick Menu
What phone is your Mum using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
