My Fitbit isn't counting all my steps so I've tried to restart it but it won't.

Hi @AnnMarieEl, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire since it's not counting your steps accurately. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please check out this help article, under the subjects "Does the wrist I wear my device on affect accuracy?" and "What can I do if my step count seems inaccurate?". After this, monitor your Fitbit device for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your steps accurately.
