Fitbit Inspire's screen is unresponsive

Screen continues to be blank...feel slight vibration but nothing shows on screen.  According to app it's fully charged but doesn't sync .  Tried resetting, holding button for 5 secs & even more with no results.  Have only had no more than 2 weeks.

@Honeywal welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Fitbit Inspire experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
