Just opened this and charged it. Right away screen is all jumpy and unresponsive. Forums are no help. Seen some mention of manually resetting but there is no instruction as to how to do this. Again this is right out of the box and charged. Very disappointing.

Hi @Lionsforge, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Fitbit Inspire is jumpy and it became unresponsive. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Fitbit Inspire as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your Fitbit device is charged completely and see if the screen works properly.

I have reset the fitbit at least four times and it continues to be glitchy. It is fully charged. I received it on Tuesday 9/22. It was glitchy that same evening after charging before initial use. I am going to the store website to see the procedure for returns. Thank you for your assistance but I believe this device to be a lemon.
