Fitbit Inspire won't charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’m hoping you can help me. One day my Fitbit just stopped working. The screen was dark but it would occasionally give me a little vibration. I charged it. It made no difference. I put it on the charger and held the button down and got the smiley face. Soon as I take it off the charger it does nothing but give an occasional vibration. Even on the charger it will do nothing. Do you have any tips for me?

@MissLea Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Inspire since it won't charge even though you've restarted it before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. Finally, charge your Fitbit Inspire for 2-3 hours and see if it stays charged after unplugging it.

Thank you for your help @NellyG!

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Still not working. I called customer service and they had me troubleshoot again, then said they’d have an email contact to replace it. I’ve not heard from them yet...

Hello

I've got the same problem and my Fitbit is less than two months old. Restarting it hasn't helped.

Any further assistance will be appreciated .

Mine is not even 6 months old.
I called customer service. They had me trouble shoot, then sent me to another department. They had me troubleshoot, then said someone would email me and try to resolve it.
I am waiting for that email. It’s been a few days already. Maybe after the holiday...
