My Fitbit inspire will charge and show displays while plugged in but once it leaves the charger nothing shows up. I received this watch in September of 2019 and now it does not work correctly. Way to much money for a watch that only lasts 6 1/2 months. Plus I went premium membership and now how do I get a refund for that and how to stop payment?

Hi, @TTuckerKF , hopefully you can fix your display issue by giving your Inspire a restart.  You might need to repeat this two or three times, but don’t worry: a restart dies not cause any data loss and can fix many minor issues.  Here’s how:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

For a Premium refund I think you will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support.  Obviously with the worldwide pandemic situation you will find longer wait times than usual, but you can reach them on contact.fitbit.com

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the forums!
