Fitbit app

I was unable to log into my fitbit app on my iPad this morning. I followed community advice to delete app to reinstall but my iPad is now incapable. I’m so annoyed as I only brought a fitbit to track my sleep. I do have my app on my phone but with the three fitbit stages it gives people false sleep data and that is why I had my app on my iPad so I can sinc data an example is yesterday current app had my sleep at 8,25 which I never get. Sinc with old app which shows sleep and restless showed sleep at 6.40 big difference. Can you please incorporate old add stats with new app as at the moment I have no way to track my sleep which I need to do for management of a chronic health condition . So at the moment I have lost three years of health stats and my Fitbit is useless to me now. To say I’m not happy is an understatement

I'm afraid I don't understand.  Are you saying the Fitbit app normally shows sleep results on the iPad and different results on the phone app?

As for incorporating old stats with new, that should be happening automatically if you are using the same account.  Did you perhaps create am account with different Fitbit ID/email for iPad?  If so, there is no reason for that.  As long as you stick with the same Fitbit ID/email, all the data will go together.

This what I got yesterday when I tried to log in to the old version of the app on my iPad yesterday. As per the example above the old version should this me asleep and restlessness which I can tell you was 100 % accurate as I’m aware of times in awake during the night. The version off the app that she’s sleep stages is not accurate at all for time asleep as per example above

You state you have the most accurate sleep tracker. You used to before you added sleep stages. That is why I asked if you could added extra information into your app so it shows what the old app used to of restlessness and actually time asleep as well as sleep stages. As at the moment you are giving fake sleep data

I have even tried to go to fitbit premium but it only makes the status not add up any more. This community has not helped and responded to the fact you do not give correct sleep status I’m to the point I feel like telling everyone I know to not get a Fitbit and to throw mind out. Fitbit has made my last 48 hours so stressful that I know I barely slept last night but your tell me I got over 7 hours which I never get. Fix the app this is ridiculous

This is what the old version look like. Only showing up in new version like this as I’m sleeping so badly due to the stress. Not being able to see my proper sleep has given me an anxiety attack. So monitoring my sleep properly without fake states is the only way I have managed my health condition of the past few years. Now I have no way. Thanks for nothing fitbit

That is not from different versions, or iPhone vs. phone app.  Some days, the app can detect sleep stages, some days it cannot.

FYI the app used to look like this before stages came in and was a lot more accurate as this is an old photo I had saved for my doctor and I don’t understand why people aren’t given the option if the want the stages or this when blue was a sleep and light blue was restless / awake. So I was telling the truth about older visions being different
