Inspire 2 keeps turning off

  • Fitbit Inspire 2 which I bought in November keeps turning off several times a day then turning back on 30  mins later. Any help would be appriciated

Please try restarting the Inspire 2 and  observe how it goes for a few days .

To restart the Inspire 2 do as follows: 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  4. Release the buttons. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
