I just opened my fitbit inspire HR and its glitchy, meaning the screen moves when not being touched and the text shakes (its twitchy) and the timing goes off whenever it wants. I tried a factory reset and it did not help. Unfortunately I've just missed the return period at the store we bought it at. Please advise how I can return my defective fitbit hr and exchange for a new fitbit hr or fix the glitch problem.
