Hi anyone else having similar issues? Inspire HR still tracking but I can no longer use touch screen and flick through menu. Also reminders to move and vibrate when goal reached no longer work. Already tried restarting and re-installing. Any help appreciated tks!

Glad I'm not the only one. Got my fitbit in March 2019 and I'm having the same issue. If a moderator is reading this, I have reset it about 50 times today and that has not helped so for the love of all things, don't tell me to "follow these steps to reset it". Reseting it has done nothing.

I reset mine and it is working ok. For now anyway.

Mine is not letting me scroll through the menue on the screen either. I haven't reset it. I don't know how.

Hook it up to the charger, with power. Hold the button for 5 seconds. A smiley face should show up. Keep the button pushed. The clock should now show. Release the button. You should be able to scroll. Hope this works.

Also having this issue. Started about two hours ago. 😞 I've reset it, changed the clock face, charged it, kept it plugged in while restarting it, etc. Nothing works. Won't let me scroll. I can't get to the setting option to do a factory reset either.

Yup. I have tried everything and still not working. Now heart rate tracker also gone (green light at back of tracker off ). Has come to the conclusion at less than a year old this Inspire Fitbit is probably unsalvagable.

I’ve had the same problem since day 1. Sometimes flicking through the screen works, sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve reset it multiple times which obviously has not fixed the problem. Very frustrating!
