I upgraded my iPhone from 6SPlus to iPhone 13 running on iOS 15… .. I am no longer receiving text notifications .. phone call notifications work but not texts .. extremely frustrated as I have rebooted both devices, reloaded FitBit app, connected/disconnected Bluetooth, quadruple checked settings .. stood on my head, clicked my heels three times .. nothing 😡. I’m about to switch to an Apple Watch and return this FitBit Help!

Hi, @AggJms , I know you have tried all the magical fixes, but have you had a look at this thread . There might just be a fix in there for you.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!

Thanks, I have read the suggestions ad nauseam, and nothing seems to work. I get phone call alerts, but no longer receiving text message alerts. I have tried everything suggested and am totally frustrated; deleted/reloaded the app, connected/disconnected Bluetooth, checked all notifications settings, rebooted both my phone and Fitbit countless times. Notifications worked fine on my older iPhone 6SPlus, which according to the various threads, it should not have because of the operating system. Go Figure! Not sure where to go from here 😞

Facing the same issue ....i finally realised to adjust with it ....but got a solution....once you reinstall the app on your mobile device it's got working good ...don't let your phone and watch disconnect ....always makesure your phone is not too far away from your watch.....then it's working fine ...

Thanks; I have deleted/reloaded the app multiple times, rebooted phone, rebooted Fitbit, logged on/off, checked all my settings probably 20 times .. oddly enough I am receiving phone and calendar alerts but, not texts. This leads me to believe there's either a flawed design within the FitBit itself, or something is wrong with my actual FitBit. Regardless, it's rather frustrating and I would not recommend this particular FitBit Inspire 2 model to anyone; it should not be this difficult, especially when everything worked fine with my six year old IPhone 6SPlus, running IOS 12.2XX .. .
