Fitbit not syncing correctly

My Fitbit is set so I should do 250 steps every hour between 10am and 8pm. Today - and a couple of times in the past - my Fitbit itself says it’s completed the steps for a particular hour but the app and dashboard both say that it hasn’t. I’ve updated the app, restarted the Fitbit, undone the Bluetooth link but the information is still different. Any idea why?

Hi @Newusername  Try uninstalling the App on your phone, then reinstall it and log back in. Hopefully that will correct it.
