Fitbit not working

I can't get my Fitbit to turn back on and my app is saying that the battery is fully charged... I don't know what's wrong with it anyone else have this problem

My Inspire Hr was low battery. I plugged it in last night, but it did not charge. When I took if off the charger there I had a text message, but then it went dark. Plugged into a USB charge port. Still won't charge. I deleted the device from my account, but I can't get it to setup again...because it won't charge. So is it the device itself or is it the charging cable?

It's the device. It was working just fine and then it just turned off

After deleting the device... It finally started charging and I was able to get enough of a charge to pair it again with my phone. I've had it for 6 months this was the first problem. This was the first time I had let the battery run down close to 0% though so maybe that's not a good thing to do.

I had to call 1-877-623-4997. My fitbit was still under warranty so I'm getting a new one... they tried to do a trouble shoot on it but it didn't do anything.
