I bought a fitbit Inspire HR a couple months ago. In the past two weeks, it will switch off for no reason - the battery is not anywhere near flat.

 

As of today, it no longer reads my heart rate.

 

I have switched it off and on again a few times.

well, to fix the heart rate, scroll up to settings, click on settings, and turn on heart rate.

Mine has done that too various times and have to put on the charger to get it back on... The lights on the back will flash but the front screen won't do anything
