Hi there I’m new to the community. I’m here to understand why my Fitbit stopped altogether tracking exercise. According to Fitbit I haven’t moved since January 5. At all, ever. All other activities are tracked as normal. Yes I’ve synched. It is set to smart track - unless it can change itself ???. I have not changed any settings.
I have not damaged my Fitbit in any way. Your help is appreciated. TY!

Hi, same for me. It didn't track completely just for some days and not tracking the exercise partially for the rest.

Also I see now that is the same situation when it comes to sleep, not only exercise. This happened after the last update. With sleep: for example it said that I slept until a certain very late hour when I know very well it's impossible since I was in the airport at that hour ( I was taking my flight and had many baggage so I was doing a lot of movement).

Same problem with mine too - don’t understand and haven’t seen a fix or response from FitBit in this thread!
PLEASE RESPOND / REPLY FIYBIT DEVELOPERS…dead case file means throw the device to back of the drawer or recycle. We liked the product but tech service is non responsive to this issue. Planned obsolescence!
