When I press the side button it will not light up for me to read it. It was working a few hours ago but it will not do anything now. The green light on the bottom comes on when I take the fitbit off. The app shows that it is charged and at 93%. What is going on and how do I fix it. Thank you

I reset my fitbit and it is working again.
