Brand new yesterday and so was so excited but it hasn’t charged overnight and is now completely dead. I’ve tried a number of different USP ports but it is not charging or doing anything.

To the moderators - I have read all the forum posts and have tried everything that has been suggested. It is still not charging. If the problem the charging cable or the Fitbit? The Fitbit has three metal points on it but the charger only has two? Please can some from the care team contact me. It seems that this is a common issue with these devices so I hope it is an easy fix.

@TmhL Unfortunately, customer support don't monitor these user forums but you can contact them via contact.fitbit.com
