I have just realised that my fitbit app hasn't registered any steps since Wednesday at 11.30pm. When I try to sync on my app, it's telling me to turn bluetooth on but it is already on (and bluetooth definitely working as I've been using airpods without any issues).
I've tried turning bluetooth off and on again on phone, turning phone off and on again, updating fitbit app, and restarting fitbit.
Not sure if there's been a fitbit update, or if it's been caused by ios update.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Hi @BeckyPaul, which OS update do you have? If you have an iPhone, it's possible that you may be experiencing issues regarding the update.
