Hi, I've had the Inspire HR now for just over 4 months however it doesn't register number of floors climbed, home, offices shops etc. I'm sure it's turned on but may be missing something.

You're not missing anything. I'm afraid the Inspire HR simply does not track floors climbed. They left out the necessary sensor to keep it as small as possible.
