Food Log and Buffets

I'm in need of advice.

Every year, on the birthday of my mom (who died in 2015 of metastatic breast cancer), my brother and I go somewhere to eat. This year is going to be no different.

The thing is, this year it's going to be at a pizza buffet restaurant, and I am using the food log.  Yeah, you can likely see the problems there.

So, do I log what I eat at the restaurant, or leave the meal blank in the log?

Hi @EmpressReborn Lol that is the question! If you want an accurate calorific record of what you eat you will need to take note of every item you eat and work out the calories as close as you can get later. If you feel like relaxing for the meal and can accept not having an accurate record for the day then go ahead leave it blank. It is really your choice.
