 My Fitbit inspire HR is about three weeks old two days ago the battery died it will not except a charge and it will not turn on. I have removed it from my device I’ve tried different charging cubes I have tried different USB ports on my laptop and my desktop.

All to no avail.

Am I missing something?

Send help.

Hi @Papa_Brad  Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on battery charging problems. If you still cant charge it please come back here.
