Hooray, another week another guided program glitch. I would call or email customer service but those efforts have proved futile, frustrating, and unhelpful in the past.
I am doing one of the guided programs, I did one of the 3 workouts it assigned. It shows as completed in Fitbit Coach, shows as completed in “workouts” in Fitbit, but shows uncomplete (0 of 3 for this weeks assigned workouts).
Yes, I am sure it is the right workout with the same name. Yes, I tried completely closing and reopening both apps. Just another round of Fitbit funk in guided programs that leads to frustration.

It happened again. I did a workout in guided program. Fitbit coach says I did it, fitbit app says I didn’t. Sure would be cool if Fitbit ever cared or fixed these issues! At a minimum, empower your customers to force override or something so the data is right. Or you know, respond to us when we seek help and fix it.
