I signed up for the 3 month Fitbit premium trial and then signed up for the Beginner Body Weight program on the Fitbit app but then when clicking on a workout in the fitbit app it doesnt bring me to the workout in fitbit coach only the main screen of Fitbit coach or just a blank white screen in Fitbit coach. What do i do?

Did you find a way around this? Happens to me too. I’ve contacted support but they didn’t understand what I mean!

I have the same issue! The only way for me to get around it is to logon to Fitbit Coach in my Web Browser and find the workout.

I have exactly the same problem, sometimes it works better on my iPad but not often and it’s meaning I can’t complete the programs I want to.
