HVR only at 17

Has anyone ever had their hvr really low? I just noticed this is included on my page, and just the last three days it was visible and it says 17. I did some research and apparently the average is 56 and up. Is there a certain time frame that the app has to run with the hvr tracking? Concerned😔

I just set my Fit bit up to track the HVR and i was 22 yesterday and 17 this morning.  i am 52 years old and working out every day.  i am a bit concerned too.

@DMB2020 like you, I am healthy and fit. The HRV that Fitbit reports for me is usually in the teens or twenties. I've checked my HRV with a chest strap heart rate monitor and Fitbit's HRV values are very wrong. The overall  trends may have some merit, but I don't worry too much about the actual value that Fitbit reports on any given day.
