Is there a way to see your heart rate on the inspire ??? I just got this and I am still learning

From home clock face, scroll down (swipe up) a few screens to heart rate.

Or you can choose a clock face that shows heart rate right there.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Is it only on the inspire HR.   Or can I get it in the inspire

Sorry. I missed that it was not the HR model.

No, the Inspire does not have heart rate sensor.  And it's not something that can be added on.  If it is important to you, you might see if you can return and get HR model.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
