How do you save the data from the heart rate tracking. I have a heart condition and the Fitbit was a cheaper and easier option versus wearing a bulky monitor. But I have no idea on how to save the measurements so that I can keep a log to show to the doctor.

Hi @Shairee , a warm welcome to the Community! Nice that you chose a Fitbit device. In order to save your measurements, you'll have to sync your Fitbit device with your account. You can do it with any compatible device, or Windows 10 PC .
You'll be able to show/see your data on the app or your Online Dashboard (fitbit.com).
I'll recommend you to have a look at this article for more information.
Let me know if you have any question.

Hello,
I have the same question... how do I VIEW the data from my heart rate monitor? My watch syncs with my phone... but where do I get the data? I can only find my resting heart rate average. I would like to look at all of the data from my heart rate tracking. I also read the link you posted, and it just tells how to sync... it doesn't explain how to view. This is very important to me.
Thank you -Bells

Does the Inspire HR track & log your heart rate? Or only your resting hr?
If it does not, it's of no use to many of use that need to track our max heart rate for the WHOLE Day.
