When I click on “help” the page that opens is often in Chinese or sometimes Portuguese. I have tried turning off Bluetooth and removing the device. I have the Inspire HR.
Best AnswerHi @Amaassen - sounds like it is automatically choosing a language based on your location. Are you accessing from a phone or computer? Are you using a VPN?
If on a computer, the easiest fix is to look at the address bar and see if it contains a "/zh/" (for Chinese). If it does, switch out the /zh/ for /en/
