Had Inspire just over Inspire3 months now battery goes from 100% to 0% in 2.5hrs. soft reset and systems reset completed and all settings turned off. Clearly not right so how do I get return authorisation to send it back.

You need to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
Note that fitbit's warranty provides only for a replacement in the event of a defect and not a refund.
