I went on a cruise January 12-19th. I accidentally left my Inspire HR in the car went left in Galveston. When I returned it will no longer work. It's still on and shows the correct time but that's all. The screen won't swipe flip and if I push the button on the side it automatically vibrates but does nothing. I've only had the device since December. I see there was an update I haven't done if anyone thinks that could be the issue? I've deleted the app and reinstalled it and it shows current synch. Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Hi @Eslane84 Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support
