I have been making a big effort the last few months to get my steps in every hour. I have the alarm set so if I haven't met it, I make sure to get up and do that. I have been a bit confused the last few weeks that the app doesn't reflect a "perfect week". I couldn't understand where I had missed it. (For some reason, 9 a.m. is the most "missed" time though I am very active and moving at that time) Today my Fitbit Inspire HR shows that I have met 8/9 hours for my step goal; I have one more hour to go. However, when I looked at the app, it shows that I didn't get my steps in for 9 a.m. though my Fitbit says otherwise. I have synced it several times, restarted my phone/app, etc. It is very frustrating!

Hi @onetiredmom Yes it is very frustrating when you know youbhabe done something that it says you missed! Have you restarted the Inspire several times? If not do that and I'd also suggest you uninstall the app, then reinstall it on your phone and log back in and see if that fixes it.
