How do I delete my alarms?

So my inspire says I need to delete an alarm to set a new one  I have too many     But when I hit the set alarm icon it just keeps telling me the same thing   I don’t see my alarms or the ability to delete it  

I am pretty tech dumb and would really appreciate any help.

Hi @46263jab In your app on your phone go to Inspire (select the tracker Icon in the top right corner) and scroll down to Silent Alarms and select. That will show you the alarms you have. Select one you want to delete and a new page comes up with the alarm details. One of the options at the top is Delete.

I was able to see here that our friend @NellyG provided some instructions in order to delete your alarms. Was this the answer you were looking for?
