How do I reset Fitbit Inspire without the touchscreen?

My Fitbit Inspire has an issue with the touchscreen. It didn't work after condensation got under the screen. I am going to switch to the Fitbit Charge 4 in a week or two, so I want to know about how to reset it without using the touchscreen. I think I might give it to my sister, because even though the touch screen isn't working, the device still is, so it would be kind of a waste to just throw it away. So if anyone could tell me how to do that, that would be much appreciated.
