How do I start tracking my exercise directly on my Fitbit inspire watch?

Welcome to the Community, @Elliestewart6.

 

Fitbit Inspire automatically recognizes and records many high-movement activities which are at least 15 minutes long. See basic stats about your activity in the Fitbit app on your phone. From the Today tab, tap the Exercise tile. For more information about Fitbit Inspire, check the manual here.
